We have designed a series of workshops for the organizing committees to choose from based on their requirements, expectations and goals they wish to accomplish with their target groups. These sessions are divided across wellness subjects like Classical Dance, Movement Therapy, Visual art & Yoga.

Kathak and Choreography

Duration: 2 – 5 days (1 – 1.5 hr each)
Objective:

Create awareness about the art form.
Introduce basic lessons & practice techniques.
One Beginner Level Choreography

Duration: 2 – 5 days (1 – 1.5hr each)
Objective:

Awareness on benefits of training in Kathak.
Basic (Level II) lessons and practice techniques.
Two Kathak / Semi Classical Choreography

Kathak Lecdem + Performance

Duration: 5 – 10days (45mins – 1hr each)
Objective:

Create Awareness About the art form through experience.
Basic lessons and techniques to be used in a Choreography.
Training and presenting a Choreography for within the given
period of workshop for participants.

Kathak Lecdem

Duration: 45mins to 1hour

An interactive stage performance for a specific group addressing topics of that the group can relate through the dance form of Kathak. This shall also build interest and awareness towards the art form.

Duration: 2 – 3 days (1 – 1.5hrs each)

De stress and Relaxation Techniques.
